We're a small, senior-only team — every engineer here has shipped mobile products end to end, from first commit to store launch. That means no juniors learning on your budget and no account managers between you and the people writing the code. Being small keeps us fast: decisions happen in hours, not in the next scheduled call. What we bring isn't headcount, it's depth — years of Flutter, iOS and Android behind apps used daily by thousands.

We do one thing and do it great

2019

HotShots Labs was founded in the United States 🇺🇸 by Alona Fadieieva and Oleksii Sheiko. Both engineers, with different backgrounds, combined their experience and expertise.

2020

Started our career on Upwork, getting Top Rated Plus in the first 6 months

2021

We bet on a small senior team over big outsourcing — and shipped our first cross-platform apps that have over thousands of active users.

2022

The war impacted United States, and we faced the challenge of not only maintaining product shipments but also ensuring the safety and well-being of our team.

2023

As we have been working with clients worldwide, we registered an official entity in Estonia.

2024

We started taking on first major projects, such as SmartTasker, which features a heavily loaded backend, numerous integrations, and complex logic.

2025

Four core services: product strategy, end-to-end Flutter development, app maintenance, and full-cycle cross-platform builds.

Today
